Akhlaq

Akhlaq is undoubtedly very important in our living as a Muslim. This has been fortified by the presence of numerous hadiths with regard to it.

Prophet Muhammad (a.s) said :
• I have been sent to perfect good manners.
• The dearest of you to me is he who is the best of you in Akhlaq.
• The most complete of believers in Imaan (faith) are those who are best in character.
• The most (important) things that cause people to reach Heaven are divine piety and a good temper.

Our Prophet himself is an exemplary for us. His behaviour and morals are the best among the best. His attitude must always be in pace with the content of al-Quran and logical sense. Any immoral or impolite action done by him are impossible. Think this, because you might find some historians, scholars or authors who simply took some weak hadiths, which portray our prophet action which does not make sense or absurd, and put them in their writings. Remember Prophet Muhammad is “maasoom”.

Allah said in Quran :
"And most certainly you are on sublime morality (exalted standard of character)." (68:4)
